The Indian Army has exposed a “dangerous move” by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and terror groups to rope in women and juveniles into their network. The Army said that the ISI is using social media to lure women and juveniles into joining terror groups. It is also using them to carry out attacks on security forces and civilians. The Army said that it has foiled several such attempts in the past.
The Army has also warned the people of Kashmir to be aware of the ISI’s designs and to not fall prey to their propaganda. It has asked the people to report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
The Army’s statement comes at a time when there has been a rise in the number of terror attacks in Kashmir. In the past few months, there have been several attacks on security forces and civilians. The ISI has been blamed for these attacks.
